Pignato and Cappellano in Gli autoveicoli tattici e logistici del R. Esercito italiano fino al 1943, USSME, Roma 2005 say "...the TL 37 was built - it seems - also for the Hungarian army and certainly for the German army after the Armistice". No words about Bulgaria.
The same authors' previous work Dal TL 37 all'A.S.43, GMT, Trento 1997 reads "...at the same time (note: summer 1938) the SPA was tested by the French army, which however did not consider adopting it, as opposed to the Hungarian army ". Again, nothing more and nothing about Bulgaria: where did you get that information from? also there seems to be no information about numbers, use etc.

Last time I was in Sofia I took a pic of a dilapidated TL37 that was left rusting in the Bulgarian Army Museum. My sources tell me that Bulgaria received 10 of these tractors. Unfortunately I cannot positively confirm its use by the Hungarian Honved.
