Ecco quanto mi ha scritto un ex pilota di F-14:
The order in which the engines are shut down determines which one is closed. Various operational considerations (hot pit refueling, troubleshooting, whatever) may change the shut down order.
You can leave the emergency generator on to keep the nozzles open, but that wasn’t exactly standard procedure.
Alternatively, you could shut them both off simultaneously- and then both would be closed.
It’s been over 20 years since I flew the jet, but I knew it well.
Quindi spegnere prima il motore destro era la procedura normale, ma evidentemente le eccezioni erano numerose.
Ricapitolando: ogni combinazione di posizione degli scarichi e' giustificabile.
E a me e' crollata una quasi certezza...
