 Non so se sia la sezione giusta dove porre la domanda.
Qalcuno può darmi un'indicazione su quali aerei fossero in carica al 5° flight regiment del'aviazione dell'esercito imperiale giapponese, io so di Ki-45 poi il resto non ne ho idea.

Gli aerei in carico al 5. Sentai della Imperiale Aviazione dell'Esercito furono, a quel che so:

Kawasaki 88: dal 1924 al 1935
Nakajima 91: dal 1935 al 1938
Nakajima Ki-27: dal 1938 al 1942
Kawasaki Ki-45: dal 1942 al 1945
Kawasaki Ki-100: nel 1945

 grazie mille a tutti, scusate per il ritardo nel rispondervi ma non trovavo più il post solo adesso mi è venuto in mente che potevo trovarlo nel profilo, sto proprio perdendo i colpi!

 Postando sul message board del sito j-aircraft ho ottenuto la seguente risposta che mi ha dato un utile indirizzo sull'aeroplano da abbinare al Ki-45 nel diorama, che è d'obbligo visto che il toryu che ho ultimato è il kit 09871 con incluso l'autocisterna isuzu.

You probably have a little more leeway in this than the Hasegawa instructions imply. During the same time period, in addition to Ambon, the 5th had scattered detachments of Toryu at Lautem, Tanimbar, Namlea, Babo and Sorong.

At Ambon 13th Sentai, which had Ki-43-II in addition to Toryu, but it may prove difficult to determine the markings of their Oscars!

At Babo 1st Chutai of 24th Sentai with Ki-43-II.

At Lautem and Babo 59th Sentai with Ki-43-II.

59th was part of 7th Air Division whose HQ moved to Ambon on 21 November 1943. The linked account below provides a background to the various deployments in the region. Bear in mind also that JAAF units and aircraft frequently staged through airfields so the possibility of aircraft from different units being seen on the same airfield was not only dependent on where their main bases were.
